Artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser combined design elements from Gaudi to Klimt and made them his own.
His famous spirals were one the first art works by a westerner to appear in japanese woodcuts.
He made compost toilets known to a wider public and installed one in his Vienna studio (designed by Otto Wagner)
The Kunst Haus Wien Museum, one of his archtictural imprints in Vienna shows his and other modern artists' work.
