Austria and Vienna in particular was the melting pot of Central Europe. It produced a wide spectrum of artists and art with various ethnic roots.
This might not be the place to find works by the likes of Ferdinand Waldmueller, Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele or Oskar Kokoschka. But you might find a good replica or an original from the same period, which will give you the aura of the time.
More affordable works by artists like Lisette Model, Hundertwasser and Raoul Hausmann might be available in print form.
